1. I was watching Jurassic Park again and it got me thinking about endangered animals and cloning and all that jazz. Q. Do I think they should clone dinosaurs? A. No, that’s fucking stupid. Q. Would I like to see them clone exstinct or endangered animals?A. Yes. ESPECIALLY the ones that went exstinct because of OUR dumbass human existance. The Tylacine, the Dodo, etc. These poor dudes existed for CENTURIES before we came along and put bounties on their heads and fucked it up. While I love the flick, Jurassic Park has caused more harm than good, I believe. Now EVERY asshat with an opinion wants to say “Well, we shouldn’t clone. Period.” Oh, really, Mr. Rightious? So, BREEDING animals and eating them is ok, but trying to save them is wrong somehow, even if their exstinction is our fault? Give me a fuckin break. I hope we can help these animals and somehow lift the guilty vail from our species’ soul. At the very least we should try to give back a few years to the animals we’ve almost pushed over the edge. Tasmanian Devils are now plagued with cancer, and these assholes say not to clone??? Devils are the best host parents for the Tigers, so there’s a second reason to save them. The first? We fucking owe them.
